REGLEMENT OFFICIEL DE LA LOTERIE COMMERCIALE AVEC OBLIGATION D’ACHAT

Article 1 : Organisation
La société WORLD SHOPS, S.A.M au capital de 150.000,00 euros, dont le siège social est situé 6 avenue Albert II 98000 MONACO, enregistrée au registre du commerce et des sociétés de Monaco sous le numéro 06 S 04444,
Et
La société DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, S.A.M au capital de 150.000,00 euros, dont le siège social est situé 6 avenue Albert II 98000 MONACO, enregistrée au registre du commerce et des sociétés de Monaco sous le numéro 15 S 06779,
(ci-après désignées toutes deux ensemble par la « Société Organisatrice »)
organisent ensemble du Mercredi 03/05/2023 au Mardi 09/05/2023 inclus une loterie commerciale avec obligation d’achat (ci-après la « Loterie ») dans les boutiques à enseigne BANANA MOON participantes telles que listées à l’article 14 du présent règlement (ci-après les « Boutiques ») et sur le Site https://bananamoon.com (ci-après le « Site ») dont le principe et les modalités de participation sont décrites dans le présent règlement (ci-après « Règlement Officiel »).
Article 2 – Acceptation du Règlement Officiel
Préalablement à toute participation à la Loterie, le participant doit prendre connaissance et accepter sans aucune réserve le présent Règlement Officiel accessible gratuitement pendant toute la durée de la Loterie dans les Boutiques et sur le Site et le principe de la Loterie.
Tout contrevenant à l’un ou plusieurs des articles du Règlement Officiel sera privé de la possibilité de participer à la Loterie, mais également du prix qu’il aura pu éventuellement gagner.
Article 3 – Conditions d’accès et modalités de participation
La participation à la Loterie commerciale avec obligation d’achat est ouverte à toute personne physique majeure effectuant entre le 03/05/2023 et le 09/05/2023 inclus un achat d’un minimum de 90,00 € TTC dans une Boutique Participante ou sur le Site et disposant d’une adresse électronique et d’une adresse postale, à l’exclusion des administrateur(s), des dirigeant(s), des mandataires de la Société Organisatrice ou toute autre société affiliée à la Société Organisatrice.
Le participant autorise toutes vérifications concernant notamment son identité, son domicile, son âge, la titularité de l’adresse mail utilisée pour participer ou l’effectivité de sa participation à la Loterie. Toutes indications d’identité ou d’adresse fausses entraînent automatiquement l’annulation de la participation à la Loterie.
Dans les Boutiques, après avoir pris connaissance et accepté sans aucune réserve le présent Règlement Officiel affiché dans les espaces de vente pendant toute la durée d’ouverture de la Loterie, le candidat qui remplit les conditions d’accès à la Loterie et en accepte le Règlement Officiel valide sa participation auprès d’une vendeuse en faisant procéder à l’enregistrement d’une part de ses informations personnelles (nom, adresse électronique, adresse postale) dans le ficher client de la Boutique Participante et d’autre part de son choix de valise parmi celles figurant à l’article 5 du présent Règlement Officiel.
Sur le Site, le candidat qui remplit les conditions d’accès à la Loterie devra prendre connaissance, via le lien d’accès figurant à l’écran, du présent Règlement Officiel puis l’accepter sans aucune réserve en cochant la case prévue à cet effet. Le candidat pourra dès lors valider sa participation à la Loterie par l’enregistrement de ses informations personnelles (nom, adresse électronique, adresse postale) dans le ficher client du Site et confirmer son choix de valise parmi celles figurant à l’article 5 du présent Règlement Officiel.
Chaque foyer (même nom, même adresse postale) ne peut valablement enregistrer qu’une seule participation sur le Site et qu’une seule participation dans chacune des Boutiques.
Si un foyer participant soumet sa candidature plusieurs fois sur le Site, seule la première candidature enregistrée sur le Site sera retenue par la Société Organisatrice pour le tirage au sort, ce que chaque candidat accepte expressément.
Si un foyer participant soumet sa candidature plusieurs fois dans une même Boutique Participante, seule la première candidature enregistrée dans cette Boutique Participante sera retenue par la Société Organisatrice pour le tirage au sort, ce que chaque candidat accepte expressément. Chaque foyer (même nom, même adresse postale) ne peut donc valablement enregistrer qu’une seule participation sur le Site et qu’une seule participation par Boutique Participante.
La participation sur le Site et/ou en Boutiques ne sera pas prise en considération si les coordonnées fournies sont incorrectes ou incomplètes, si elles ne sont pas conformes aux termes du présent Règlement Officiel, ou si elles sont envoyées après le 09/05/2023.
La Société Organisatrice ne sera pas responsable des candidatures perdues ou tardives ainsi que des candidatures non reçues, quelle qu'en soit la cause.
Toute participation sera considérée comme ayant été soumise par le titulaire autorisé du compte client sur le Site et dans les Boutiques au moment de la validation de sa participation (« Titulaire Autorisé du Compte »). Le Titulaire Autorisé du Compte est défini comme la personne physique qui est assignée à un compte client sur le Site et/ou assignée à un compte client auprès d’une Boutique Participante.
La participation est strictement nominative et il est strictement interdit de participer sous plusieurs pseudos ou pour le compte d’autres participants. Toute tentative de piratage du système ou d’inscription répétée avec de fausse(s) adresse(s) email(s) entraînera la disqualification des personnes participantes. A la suite d’un contrôle des coordonnées de toute personne gagnante exercé a posteriori, la Société Organisatrice se réserve donc le droit, si l’un des cas ci-dessus était avéré, de ne pas envoyer le Prix éventuellement gagné.
Article 4 – Sélection
Cette Loterie publicitaire à destination des consommateurs majeurs avec obligation d’achat est un jeu de hasard.
Quatre (4) personnes gagnantes, seront tirées au sort par la Société Organisatrice parmi l’ensemble de toutes les participations valides enregistrées sur le Site et dans les Boutiques aux termes du présent Règlement Officiel.
Le tirage au sort sera effectué le 15 Mai 2023.
Le nom des quatre (4) personnes gagnantes sera communiqué de manière confidentielle.
Chaque personne gagnante sera informée du résultat par la Société Organisatrice ou un(e) de ses représentant(e)(s), par e-mail, le 17/05/2023, à l’adresse email mentionnée lors de son inscription.
Les participants autorisent également la Société Organisatrice à les contacter par téléphone et/ou via les réseaux sociaux afin de leur communiquer les résultats de la Loterie.
Aucun message ne sera adressé aux autres personnes participantes non tirées au sort.
Chaque personne gagnante devra répondre au message de la Société Organisatrice ou d’un(e) de ses représentant(e)(s) et fournir toutes les informations demandées, le cas échéant, avant le 31/05/2023. En l’absence de réponse dans le délai imparti, en cas de disqualification ou si une personne gagnante ne peut être jointe, le Prix sera définitivement perdu sans que cela ne donne lieu à une quelconque indemnité. Le Prix ne sera pas remis en jeu et sera perdu.
Toute personne gagnante sera dans l’obligation de prouver sa légitimité à réclamer et recevoir le Prix. Toute personne gagnante autorise toute vérification concernant son identité et son domicile.
La Société décline toute responsabilité pour tout problème d’avis de sélection ou de livraison du Prix découlant d’une erreur dans les coordonnées fournies ou de tout effort infructueux pour notifier toute personne gagnante.
Toutes les décisions de la Société Organisatrice concernant toute personne gagnante seront définitives, exécutoires et sans appel.
Article 5 - Prix
Chaque personne gagnante recevra la valise qu’elle aura choisie au moment de la validation de sa participation à la Loterie, parmi les valises (« Prix ») listées ci-dessous :

Article 6 – Limitation de responsabilité
La Société Organisatrice se dégage de toute responsabilité quant aux éventuelles contestations relatives aux modalités d'attribution du Prix.
Le Prix est fourni « EN L’ÉTAT », sans aucune garantie, expresse ou implicite. Aucune demande de remplacement, d’échange ou de transfert du Prix ne sera admise. La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de remplacer le Prix par un autre Prix d’une valeur égale ou supérieure, à son entière discrétion. Le Prix ne pourra être échangé ou remboursé contre une somme d’argent.
Les photographies montrant le Prix sont communiquées à titre d'illustration uniquement et ne peuvent en aucun cas être considérées comme représentant le Prix.
La Société Organisatrice ne pourra en aucun cas être tenue pour responsable de tout retard dans l'attribution du Prix ou dans le cas où une personne gagnante ne pourrait se voir attribuer le Prix pour des raisons indépendantes de la volonté de la Société Organisatrice. Si le Prix ne peut être envoyé par voie postale, les conditions d'acceptation du Prix à une personne gagnante lui seront précisées par e-mail ou par tout autre moyen à la convenance de la Société Organisatrice.
Article 7 – Garanties des personnes participantes
Les personnes participantes s’engagent envers la Société Organisatrice à ne transmettre aucun contenu diffamatoire, calomnieux, obscène ou plagié, et garantissent que l’utilisation par la Société Organisatrice de leur participation ou de toute information contenue dans celle-ci ne portera pas atteinte aux droits d’auteur, de marque, à la vie privée ou autres droits d’aucun tiers. Les personnes participantes acceptent d’indemniser et d’exonérer la Société Organisatrice de tous frais et de toutes dépenses (y compris les frais d’avocat raisonnables) qui découleraient d’une violation de l’une quelconque des garanties ou des déclarations susmentionnées. Ces garanties et déclarations ne s’appliquent pas aux contenus non fournis par les personnes participantes.
Article 8 – Application du présent Règlement Officiel
La nullité ou l’inapplicabilité de toute disposition du présent Règlement Officiel ne saurait affecter la validité ou la force exécutoire de toute autre disposition. Si l’une quelconque des dispositions est jugée nulle, inapplicable ou illégale, le présent Règlement Officiel demeurera en vigueur et devra être interprété selon ses conditions comme si la disposition nulle ou illégale ne faisait pas partie du Règlement Officiel. Le défaut d’application par la Société Organisatrice d’une clause du présent Règlement Officiel ne constitue pas une renonciation à l’application de cette clause.
Article 9 – Réclamations
La participation à cette Loterie commerciale avec obligation d’achat implique l’acceptation préalable, pleine et entière des modalités énoncées dans le présent Règlement Officiel.
Tout manquement à l’une des dispositions du présent Règlement Officiel entraînera l’exclusion de la personne participante autrice dudit manquement. Toute contestation éventuelle sur son interprétation sera tranchée par la Société Organisatrice.
Toute réclamation concernant une participation en Boutiques devra être adressée avant le 31/05/2023 par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception à la SAM DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, Service Marketing, 6 avenue Albert II, 98000 MONACO. Toute réclamation concernant une participation sur le Site devra être adressée avant le 31/05/2023 par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception à la SAM DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, Service Marketing, 6 avenue Albert II, 98000 MONACO.
Ces réclamations ne pourront porter que sur des conditions matérielles de déroulement de la Loterie.
Article 10 – Modification du présent Règlement Officiel et fraude
La Société Organisatrice se réserve la possibilité de modifier, à tout moment, le présent Règlement Officiel et informera les personnes participantes de tout changement qu’elle estime significatif au moins trente (30) jours avant l’entrée en vigueur de ce changement matériel. La Société Organisatrice se réserve également la possibilité de prendre toute décision qu'elle pourrait estimer utile pour l'application et l'interprétation du présent Règlement Officiel, et pourra en informer les personnes participantes par tout moyen de son choix. La Société Organisatrice se réserve également le droit de modifier, prolonger, écourter, suspendre ou annuler la Loterie, de disqualifier toute personne participante, à son entière discrétion et sans préavis, en raison de, incluant sans s’y limiter, tout événement indépendant de sa volonté et notamment en cas d’événement constituant un cas de force majeure ou un cas fortuit.
La Société Organisatrice se réserve en particulier le droit s’il y a lieu d’invalider et/ou d’annuler tout ou partie de la Loterie s'il apparaît que des fraudes ou des dysfonctionnements sont intervenus sous quelque forme que ce soit, dans le cadre de la participation à la Loterie ou de la détermination de toute personne gagnante. Elle se réserve, dans cette hypothèse, le droit de ne pas attribuer le Prix aux fraudeurs et/ou de poursuivre devant les juridictions compétentes les auteurs de ces fraudes. La fraude entraîne la disqualification immédiate de son auteur.
La responsabilité de la Société Organisatrice ne saurait être engagée au titre de ce qui précède et les personnes participantes ne pourront donc prétendre à aucun dédommagement ou indemnité de quelle que nature que ce soit.
Article 11 – Protection des données personnelles
Le responsable du traitement des données à caractère personnel des personnes participantes en Boutiques est la société WORLD SHOPS et le responsable du traitement des données à caractère personnel des personnes participantes sur le Site est la société DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, telles qu’identifiées à l’article 1 ci-dessus.
Il est rappelé que pour participer à la Loterie, les personnes participantes doivent nécessairement fournir certaines informations personnelles les concernant (nom, adresse électronique, adresse postale), sans quoi la participation ne pourra pas être finalisée et validée.
Lors d’une participation à la Loterie en Boutiques, ces informations sont enregistrées et sauvegardées dans un fichier informatique et sont nécessaires à la prise en compte de la participation, à la détermination de toute personne gagnante et à l'attribution et à l’acheminement du Prix. Ces informations sont destinées à la société WORLD SHOPS, et pourront être transmises à ses prestataires techniques et à un prestataire assurant l’envoi des Prix. La base juridique du traitement des données à caractère personnel des personnes participantes en Boutiques est d’une part le contrat entre la personne participante et la société WORLD SHOPS, matérialisé par le présent Règlement Officiel, et d’autre part, le cas échéant, le consentement de la personne participante, dès lors qu’il est requis. Les données à caractère personnel des personnes participantes en Boutiques sont conservées pour la durée de la Loterie, et pour une durée maximale de trois (3) ans à compter du dernier contact initié par la personne participante.
En participant à la Loterie en Boutiques, toute personne participante autorise la société WORLD SHOPS à lui envoyer des courriers électroniques portant sur des informations, offres et évènements liés à la marque BANANA MOON. Le consentement de la personne participante sera demandé pour recevoir des informations, offres et évènements de la part de partenaires commerciaux de la société WORLD SHOPS. La personne participante peut s’opposer gratuitement à recevoir ces messages en cliquant sur le lien de désinscription contenu dans chaque message. S’agissant des messages envoyés par la société WORLD SHOPS, la personne participante peut également s’y opposer à tout moment et gratuitement en le notifiant à la société WORLD SHOPS aux coordonnées indiquées ci-après.
Vous disposez d’un droit d’accès aux Données Personnelles collectées ainsi qu’un droit de modification ou suppression des Données Personnelles. Toute demande d’accès, de rectification ou d’opposition doit être adressée à : SAM WORLD SHOPS, 6 Avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco - Principauté de Monaco. Vous pouvez également accéder à vos informations et modifier vos Données Personnelles directement auprès d’une vendeuse dans les Boutiques auprès desquelles une participation à la Loterie a été validée.

Article 12 – Droits de propriété intellectuelle
Les sociétés visées à l’article 1 du présent Règlement Officiel sont titulaires des droits de propriété intellectuelle exclusifs sur les images utilisées dans les Boutiques et sur le Site, les objets représentés, les marques et dénominations commerciales mentionnées, les éléments graphiques, informatiques et les bases de données composant le Site, lesquels ne sauraient être extraits, reproduits ou utilisés sans leur autorisation préalable et écrite, sous peine de poursuites civiles et/ou pénales.
Article 13 – Loi applicable
La loi monégasque est seule applicable pour l’exécution et l’interprétation du présent Règlement Officiel.
La version en langue française du présent Règlement Officiel est la seule qui fait foi.
Pour tout différend relatif à la Loterie, il est expressément attribué compétence aux tribunaux de MONACO et ce, même pour le cas de procédures de référés ou conservatoires, d’appels en garantie ou de pluralité de défendeurs.

Article 1: Organisation
WORLD SHOPS, S.A.M. with capital of 150,000 euros, a registered office at 6 avenue Albert II 98000 MONACO, registered with the Monaco Trade and Companies Register under number 06 S 04444,
And
DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, S.A.M. with capital of 150,000 euros, a registered office at 6 avenue Albert II 98000 MONACO, registered with the Monaco Trade and Companies Register under number 15 S 06779,
(hereinafter referred to together as the "Organising Company")
are jointly organising from Wednesday 03/05/2023 to Tuesday 09/05/2023 inclusive a commercial lottery with an obligation to buy (hereinafter the "Lottery") in the participating BANANA MOON stores listed in Article 14 of these rules (hereinafter the "Stores") and on the Website https://bananamoon.com (hereinafter the "Website"), the principle and terms of participation for which are set out in these rules (hereinafter the "Official Rules").
Article 2 - Acceptance of the Official Rules
Prior to participation in the Lottery, the participant must read and accept without any reservation these Official Rules, which are accessible free of charge throughout the Lottery in the Stores and on the Website, and the principle of the Lottery.
Anyone who contravenes one or more of the articles in the Official Rules will not be allowed to participate in the Lottery and will be deprived of any prize they win.
Article 3 - Conditions of access and terms of participation
Participation in the Commercial Lottery with an obligation to buy is open to any natural person of legal age who makes a purchase of at least €90 (including tax) between 03/05/2023 and 09/05/2023 inclusive in a Participating Store or on the Website and who has an email address and a postal address, with the exception of the director(s), manager(s) and agents of the Organising Company or any other company affiliated with the Organising Company.
The participant authorises any checks concerning, in particular, their identity, place of residence, age, the validity of the email address used to participate or the effectiveness of their participation in the Lottery. Any false identity or address details will automatically lead to the cancellation of participation in the Lottery.
In the Stores, after having read and accepted without any reservation these Official Rules displayed in the sales area throughout the Lottery, a candidate who fulfils the conditions of access to the Lottery and accepts the Official Rules confirms their participation with a sales assistant by registering their personal information (name, email address, postal address) in the customer record of the Participating Store and their choice of suitcase from among those listed in Article 5 of these Official Rules.
On the Website, the candidate fulfilling the terms of access to the Lottery must take note, via the access link appearing on the screen, of these Official Rules and then accept them without any reservation by ticking the box provided for this purpose. The candidate may then confirm their participation in the Lottery by registering their personal information (name, email address, postal address) in the Website's customer record and confirm their choice of suitcase from among those listed in Article 5 of these Official Rules.
Each household (same name, same postal address) may only register one entry on the Website and one entry in each of the Stores.
If a participating household submits its application several times on the Website, only the first application registered on the Website will be retained by the Organising Company for the draw, which each applicant expressly accepts.
If a participating household submits its application several times in the same Participating Store, only the first application registered in this Participating Store will be retained by the Organising Company for the draw, which each applicant expressly accepts. Each household (same name, same postal address) may therefore only register one entry on the Website and one entry per Participating Store.
Entries on the Website and/or in Stores will not be considered if the details provided are incorrect or incomplete, if they do not comply with these Official Rules, or if they are sent after 09/05/2023.
The Organising Company will not be responsible for lost or late entries, or entries not received for whatever reason.
All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised account holder on the Website and in the Stores at the time of entry ("Authorised Account Holder"). The Authorised Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a customer account on the Website and/or assigned to a customer account at a Participating Store.
Participation is strictly on an individual named basis and it is strictly forbidden to participate under multiple pseudonyms or on behalf of other participants. Any attempt to hack into the system or repeat registration with (a) false email address(es) will result in disqualification for those involved. After checking the contact details of any winner, the Organising Company therefore reserves the right, if one of the above cases is proven, not to send the Prize that has been won.
Article 4 - Selection
This advertising Lottery aimed at adult consumers with an obligation to buy is a game of chance.
Four (4) winners will be drawn by the Organising Company from all the valid entries registered on the Website and in the Stores under the terms of these Official Rules.
The draw will take place on 15 May 2023.
The names of the four (4) winners will be communicated in confidence.
Each winner will be informed of the result by the Organising Company or one of its representatives by email on 17/05/2023 at the email address given on registration.
Participants also authorise the Organising Company to contact them by telephone and/or via social media in order to communicate the results of the Lottery.
No messages will be sent to other participants not drawn.
Each winner must respond to the message from the Organising Company or one of its representatives and provide all the information requested, if any, before 31/05/2023. In the absence of a response within the time limit, in the event of disqualification or if a winner cannot be reached, the Prize will be definitively forfeited without giving rise to any compensation. The Prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited for good.
Any winner will be required to prove their eligibility to claim and receive the Prize. All winners authorise any verification of their identity and home address.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any problems with notifying a participant of a win or delivery of the Prize arising from an error in the contact details provided or due to any unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.
All decisions by the Organising Company in respect of any winner will be final, binding and without appeal.

Article 6 - Limitation of liability
The Organising Company will not be held liable for any disputes relating to the procedures for awarding the Prize.
The Prize is provided "AS IS", without any warranty, express or implied. No request for replacement, exchange or transfer of the Prize will be accepted. The Organising Company reserves the right to replace the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. The Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
Photographs showing the Prize are provided for illustrative purposes only and may in no way be considered as representing the Prize.
The Organising Company will in no event be held responsible for any delay in awarding the Prize or in the event that a winner cannot be awarded the Prize for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Company. If the Prize cannot be sent by post, the conditions of acceptance of the Prize by a winner will be specified to them by email or by any other means at the Organising Company's convenience.
Article 7 - Participant warranties
Participants promise the Organising Company not to transmit any defamatory, libellous, obscene or plagiarised content, and warrant that the use by the Organising Company of their entry or any information contained therein will not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of any third party. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organising Company from and against any and all costs and expenses (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising from a breach of any of the foregoing warranties or representations. These warranties and representations do not apply to content not provided by the participants.
Article 8 - Application of these Official Rules
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any of the provisions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will remain in full force and effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision did not form part of the Official Rules. The failure of the Organising Company to apply a clause of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of the application of this clause.
Article 9 - Complaints
Participation in this commercial Lottery with obligation to buy implies prior full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these Official Rules.
Failure to comply with any of the provisions in these Official Rules will result in the exclusion of the participant responsible for the breach. Any dispute about a provision's interpretation will be decided by the Organising Company.

Article 10 - Modification of these Official Rules and fraud
The Organising Company reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time and will inform participants of any changes it deems significant at least thirty (30) days before the material change comes into effect. The Organising Company also reserves the right to take any decision that it may deem useful for the application and interpretation of these Official Rules, and may inform the participants thereof by any means of its choice. The Organising Company also reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Lottery, or to disqualify any participant, at its sole discretion and without notice, due to, including but not limited to, any event beyond its control, including but not limited to any event constituting force majeure or an act of God.
In particular, the Organising Company reserves the right, if necessary, to invalidate and/or cancel all or part of the Lottery if it appears that fraud or malfunctions have occurred in any form whatsoever in the context of participation in the Lottery or determining any winner. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the Prize to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud in the relevant jurisdictions. Fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of the perpetrator.
The Organising Company will not be held liable for any of the foregoing and the participants will not be entitled to claim any compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever.

When participating in the Lottery in Stores, this information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary to take into account the entry, to determine any winner and to award and deliver the Prize. Article 12 - Intellectual property rights
The companies referred to in Article 1 of these Official Rules hold the exclusive intellectual property rights for the images used in the Stores and on the Website, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic elements, the computer elements and the databases making up the Website, which may not be extracted, reproduced or used without their prior written authorisation, or civil and/or criminal proceedings may apply.
Article 13 - Applicable law
Monégasque law is the only law applicable for the execution and interpretation of these Official Rules.
The French language version of these Official Rules is the only binding version.
For any dispute relating to the Lottery, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the courts of MONACO even in the case of summary or protective proceedings, activation of guarantees or multiple defendants.
